HACCP and FSSC internal auditor, IFS Food official consultant/auditor and BRC Food official auditor. Experience developed in retail and industrial companies in areas related to food engineering. • Solid experience in the activities of the Quality and Food Safety Management System. • Extensive knowledge in implementing of the Prerequisite Program (Good Manufacturing Practices - GMP), Quality and Food Safety Management Systems, including HACCP among other programs based in certification scopes recognized by the GFSI for the most varied types of process and products. • Domain in supplier qualification and quality-food safety audits based on current standards and legislation and internationally recognized certifications. • Management and coordination of multidisciplinary teams for the development and implementation of procedures. • Comprehensive know-how in new product development as well as in the elaboration / adaptation of labeling applied to food products.
