Quality Planning Solutions, LLC is a subsidiary of Turner Construction Company. We were formed with the primary objective to provide scheduling services to Turner and outside clients nationwide. Owners, architects and contractors alike benefit from our construction experience and scheduling knowledge. This makes QPS a powerful management tool for the construction industry. We are also expert at satisfying difficult contract requirements as they relate to scheduling. This can reduce the amount of time that a project manager or superintendent needs to devote to the scheduling process during the critical job start-up phase. But we are more than software operators in that we have the expertise to develop a fully-detailed CPM from plans and specs if required. This expertise enables QPS schedulers to challenge the information provided by the project management team so that the schedule is more effective as a management tool, has more integrity, and is more accurate. This ensures a workable schedule that can be easily updated in the months and years to follow. Finally, we are experienced at training scheduling techniques, scheduling software, or more advanced topics such as resource loading/leveling, cost loading, and various claims topics such as fragnet development and the latest in claims and litigation techniques.
