Quantiqun

We develop quantum and hybrid algorithms designed to address some of the challenges in the medical field—unlocking new possibilities for diagnostics, drug discovery, and personalised treatment. For the past five years, we have been working on the application of genomic data analysis to detect complex patterns in DNA sequences, enabling more accurate diagnoses and personalised therapies. The development of our algorithm is closely aligned with the IG11, developed in 2015, which was designed to enable early-stage disease detection through the continuous monitoring of a patient’s health status. By integrating this genomic framework into our quantum and hybrid algorithm models, we significantly enhance our ability to identify complex patterns in DNA sequences that may signal the onset of diseases before clinical symptoms appear. Leveraging the computational power of quantum technologies, our system accelerates the analysis of high-dimensional genomic data, enabling more accurate, timely, and personalized medical interventions. This alignment positions Quantiqun at the forefront of preventive healthcare, where early detection and precision treatment are key.
