Throughout his distinguished career, Mr. Doolittle has served with unwavering commitment, demonstrating exceptional leadership, integrity, and a deep understanding of the challenges and rewards of law enforcement. A LA Sheriff’s Academy graduate and Fairfax County Criminal Justice Academy graduate. He served the Glendale Police Department for (9) years and with the Fairfax County Sheriff’s Office for 14 years. He was assigned to gangs, Sheriff’s Intelligence Unit (SIU), and Crisis Negotiation Team and retired at the rank of sergeant. He was a JITF (Joint Intelligence Task Force) member and is an Active Shooter Instructor.
