W H A T? Quarter-Life helps young adults (18-30) work out what is important to them and how to get more of it in their careers and in their lives. H O W? This is a achieved through a 6 session long, 1-1 coaching programme that is tailored to each individual. Your coach will draw on a range of different techniques as you move through the following 3 phases: 1. YOU Understanding yourself and what is important to you. YOUR OPTIONS Creating a bank of options and narrowing them down to a few exciting ones. YOUR ACTION Developing a tangible action plan to achieve your goal W H Y? The programme was created as a response to the difficulties that face young adults when trying to work out what they want to do with their lives, and the 'Quarter-Life Crisis' which can be a result of this debate.
