Quartiers Properties is a Swedish-owned real estate development company listed on Nasdaq First North in Stockholm. We create maximum value on properties through value-enhancing business development in Marbella and around Costa del Sol. In the area of property refinement, we invest in underperforming properties with the aim of increasing the property’s net operating income and stabilising the property’s cash flow – thus increasing its value. We also run an operator business comprising hotel and restaurant management, with Boho Club as our flagship, primarily aimed at supporting the creation of value in the two main segments: property development and property refinement.
