Qudurat

Qudurat is a not-for-profit intermediary focusing on providing pro-bono support for NGOs to develop their capabilities. It connects NGOs with professionals willing to volunteer their skills and time to help NGOs. Qudurat's vision is to maximize the impact of NGOs in the Middle East. Qudurat's mission is four-fold: to develop NGOs capabilities through providing access to specialized professionals and through managing the delivery of capability-building projects; to support corporations in focusing their CSR efforts on high-impact projects; to cooperate with educational institutions to encourage students to volunteer and complete apprenticeships with professionals; to provide donors with an objective assessment of NGOs. Qudurat relies on its proprietary NMM (NGO Maturity Model), a tool that allows to conduct a holistic assessment of NGOs, which in turn enables them to define initiatives critical to developing their capabilities. Qudurat was founded in 2014 by a group of management consultants with a passion for pro bono work.
