The government has made some changes that allows schools to distribute school owned devices to families who do not have a device to access the Home Learning digital resources. We are currently making plans to action this. As you will appreciate this presents significant logistical challenges in order for this to be managed safely and effectively. Our IT technical support company Fresh Solution is working hard with us at the moment to help make all this happen. Our aim is to get one device into families who do not have any devices currently that can access Home Learning digital content. At this initial roll out it is not one device per student; rather one device for a family who have no device at all. The MOE have strict criteria about device distribution to families in desperate need. Be patient, we will do our best here. We are a large school.
