At Quest and Thrive we believe that everyone deserves to know the best tools and practices to help them take control of their whole-health and wellbeing so they can enjoy an independent, active and healthy life for as long as possible. At one of our events you can expect to get involved in activities that will help you engage fully with your physical, mental and emotional health and wellbeing. Our events include a wide range of outdoor activities (hiking, mountain climbing, rock climbing, coastal trail walking, coasteering, kayaking, gorge walking, and forest bathing), mindfulness activities (breathwork, yoga, Qi Gong, finding your purpose), strengthening and fitness activities (core strengthening and stretching techniques, Oxygen Advantage breathing techniques), as well as workshops on stress management, good eating habits and good sleeping habits). Our events are delivered by trained experts who will bring to you the best in evidence-based learning and practical tools that will help you stay healthy and active throughout your life. We organise tailored half days, full days and residential weekends for sports groups, corporate groups, secondary school groups, and individual groups. Depending on the type of activities chosen, the event will take place at a suitable location in Co Kerry or the wider Munster region, or it may be possible to facilitate an event at your premises. We cater for all ages and levels of fitness, from people looking to get off the couch to highly trained sports people. Our aim is to help people live longer, live better and we look forward to having you join us on the journey.
