Quest Collective is a mentorship-led NDIS provider delivering Supported Independent Living (SILs) and capacity-building supports for youth and adults across the Sunshine Coast and South East Queensland. We exist to help people not just live independently - but thrive. Our approach is grounded in strong relationships, consistency, movement, routine, and meaningful connection. We believe that real outcomes are built through mentorship, positive role models, and environments that support long-term growth. We specialise in working with participants with: Autism, ADHD & ASD Intellectual disability Mental health challenges Trauma backgrounds Our services include: Supported Independent Living (SILs) Individual & group mentoring Capacity building & life skills development Employment readiness & work experience Social & community participation Health, movement & lifestyle support Our SIL environments are designed to support: Independence and daily living skills Emotional regulation and resilience Routine, accountability, and confidence Social connection and community engagement Quest Collective is currently accepting new participants with SIL funding, and works closely with families, support coordinators, and allied health professionals to ensure the right fit and long-term success.
