Our focus was on private residential investments and development of single plots, until joined by Andrew Quest in 2017 when we acquired a portfolio of 1,196 lock up garages in Hampshire. The ROI enabled rapid expansion and in the following 6 years we invested in and developed 38 new build homes and bought and sold numerous investment properties.
