Silver Eagle Logistics has been transporting “frac” sand into the Barnett Shale and Eagle Ford Shale since its formation in 2006. Boomerang trucking has been hauling oil field equipment, production water and hot shot transport in the Midland area since 2003. The two companies merged in 2010.
