Alan Osaduik and Jaimie Smith-Windsor started Quinnalan Jaimes Contracting in Victoria, BC (2003) where they specialized in high-end residential and commercial flooring, custom tile and finish carpentry. While in Victoria they participated in the Canadian Youth Business Foundation’s Young Entrepreneur Program and balanced work with continuous technical training and education. In 2007 they bought a property at Elk Ridge Resort, Saskatchewan. They relocated to Saskatchewan in 2008 to grow their new home construction and renovation business and start their first spec home building project.
