Quinta Da Lontra

Quinta da Lontra (Farm of the Otter) is situated in a valley on 3 hectares of land bordering the Mondego River in central Portugal. We offer the perfect natural setting for any type of event or retreat- We can accommodate up to 15 people sharing, in our apartments, geodesic domes and yurts. There is also the option of additional spaces adjoining the Quinta- We can provide full board for group bookings, vegan, vegetarian or meat options. All dietary needs catered for- We have a small but well-equipped workshop (35m2) for wood and metal work, with capable hands on site to offer assistance- There is a large amount of flat meadowland sited next to the river that is available for use by those renting the quinta - great for outdoor events- Our 10m diameter geodesic dome is the perfect workshop space during the warmer months- The Atelier, our indoor event space, can be used all year. With space for up to 10 people it overlooks the river and is warm in the winter and cool in the summer- We have access to a sound recording studio locally, where it is possible to book slots by the hour, day or week as needed- We can provide a PA system, lighting and video projector for any type of event- All of the above can be tailored to suit the specific requirements of each group.
