Quipoz can substantially reduce current IT maintenance costs by transforming corporate legacy systems into independent, contemporary technology platforms, without the use of middleware. Traditional approaches to upgrading legacy systems involve considerable risk and cost. They include replacing the legacy application with a generic solution package, rewriting the application in a contemporary language, wrapping the application in middleware or manually transforming the application code. The uniqueness of the Quipoz process is the development of an automation capability in the transformation process, through the use of its Quipoz Transformation Engine (Q-TE) which costs substantially less than the traditional approaches and is achieved with significantly reduced risk.
