Quiver Management Solutions (Pty) Ltd (Quiver Solutions), as its name suggests, offers a “quiver” of solutions in specific areas where we believe through our expertise, innovation and experience, we have a competitive advantage that enables us to meet the needs of organizations in our complex and rapidly evolving environment. Most of our solutions are based on a state-of-the-art technology platform which includes a fully functioning multi-channel contact centre which operates 24-hours a day 7 days a week in most of South Africa’s languages. Linked to this are specially designed databases which provide the backbone for Quiver’s solutions. Many of these solutions are targeted at defeating dishonesty and building a culture of ethics within organizations. Quiver Solutions is an independent and privately owned company with offices in KwaZulu-Natal, Gauteng and the Western Cape. Antonio Pooe from Exactech purchased 40% of the shares in the company early in 2010 The directors of the company are Nicola Adams, Antonio Pooe and Linda Harris while Brian Adams is the Chief Executive. This Bushmen quiver analogy is appropriate in the services environment where clients would select specific “arrows” from the “quiver” of services offered to suit their specific requirements.
