Quixotic Solutions is a company built on the premise that we can move mountains through collective work and relationships. Quixotic means that I am ambitious, optimistic, a believer in the impossible, and have an unwavering commitment to DEI work. Solutions are the foundation of how this work evolves. I've learned from many critical scholars that understanding, examining and deconstructing complex systems is important, but imaging and rebuilding future possibilities is also vital. I start with problems of practice and end with strategic solutions toward measurable impacts.
