Qusac Decaf

Our revolutionary proprietary DFE Decaf Process ® is the next generation in coffee decaffeination. The process requires less energy than all other decaffeination processes without exception. The advances are made possible by redesigning key equipment components in the decaffeination process. Our proprietary DFE Process ® design enhancements provide the platform necessary to achieve coffee decaffeination with considerably less energy requirements. By reducing the amount of energy required to produce a lot of decaffeinated coffee we have lowered our carbon footprint once again. Our proprietary DFE Decaf Process ® has positioned QUSAC as the leader in the decaf industry for the lowest carbon emissions. Our DFE Decaf Process ® makes use of Green Chemistry to achieve the incredible results in our flavour profiles. Our team has established the optimal parameters to target the caffeine with surgical precision and remove it from the green coffee beans. We named this technology Target Specific Extraction Technology (TSET). The benefit of TSET reaches beyond the surgical extraction of caffeine; it is also used to extract unwanted mould and fungi such as the one responsible for the production of naturally occurring chemical compounds known as Mycotoxins. The end result is a decaffeinated coffee overflowing with natural flavors. Our DFE Decaffeinated coffee is the best tasting decaf with the lowest carbon footprint and presents the consumer with a decaffeinated cup of coffee that is free of chemicals including fertilizers. Our decaffeinated coffee is clean, fresh, healthy and eco-friendly. It is the socially responsible choice.
