R.B. Farquhar Ltd was established in 1953 by Robert Brodie Farquhar and his wife Elsie Farquhar. Today it is the owner of Stopsave Limited, a specialist height safety company based in Ellon & Falkirk, as well as an owner of a wide range of properties for let. The Company is still owned and run by Rob Farquhar's son and grandson, Forbes and Michael Shand.
