Since 2010, R&G founder Ray Badii has enjoyed success in harnessing his 50 years of construction expertise to support established construction companies and construction startups in their efforts to create the highest quality, most cost-effective building solutions possible. R&G, founded in 1984, built award-winning mixed-use, parking and storage structures across the Western U.S. for its first 26 years in operation. Under Ray Badii’s leadership, R&G grew to a $50M+ enterprise employing a diverse, 100-person team of skilled personnel in all facets of construction – general contracting, sub-contracting, procurement, strategy, safety, estimating, design-build, financing, budgeting, operations and value engineering.
