Founded in Houston, Texas in 1995, R&N Manufacturing, Ltd is a metal fabrication company with a consistent record of delivering projects exactly to specification, safely, & on time. Our specification capabilities include: ASME Sec. Div. 1 & Div. 2, ISO 2015, CRN (B51 Canadian Boiler, Pressure Vessel and Pressure Piping Code), PED 97/23/EC (Pressure Equipment Directive), NR-13, API (American Petroleum Institute), NACE (National Association of Corrosion Engineers), ABS, ASME B31.3, ASME B31.4, AMSE B31.8, Wind and Seismic Loads (Per ASCE, IBC, UBC, NBC), ANSI, AWS, & DNV. Our products include ASME Code Pressure Vessels, Non-Code Pressure Vessels, Separators (2-phase, 3-phase, & Test Separator), Filter Housings (Fuel Filters, Coalescing Filters, Cartridge Filters, & Carbon Filters), Strainers (Basket Strainers, Duplex Strainers, Y-Type, & Tee Type), Pulsation Dampners, Expansion Tanks, Separators, Scrubbers, Slugcatchers, Compressor Bottles, Pressurized Storage Tanks, Pig Launchers & Receivers, Demister Vessels, Air Receivers, Heater Vessels, Accumulators, Towers (Stripping Columns, Trays, Stills, & Contactors), Knockout Drums, Degassing Boots, Process Gas Depurators, and Gas Purifiers. R&N completed construction on & moved operations to its very own state of the art, custom built, facility in early 2016 to continue to meet the demands of our growing customer base. Our facility is occupies 17 acres of land on the west side of Houston, TX and contains an sq ft fabrication shop, an outdoor covered area of 18,500 sq ft, 4 acres of yard storage, 5 acres of undeveloped land for future development, and is complemented by sq ft of climate controlled office space. Our shop is separated into three 75’ x 28’ x 350’ production bays with cranes of varying capacity in each. Bay 1 has 2-20 ton/1-30 ton, bay 2 has 3-50 ton/3-10 ton, & bay 3 has 1-10 ton/1-20 ton/1-30 ton, and complimented by 36-1 ton jib cranes divided into each individual work area.
