Founded in 1947 after our Grandfather returned from the war, we have kept his core values of relationship building, keeping our promises no matter the cost and focusing on client satisfaction over profit. By giving our customers easily digestible maintenance tips and offering quality replacement parts, we have saved them significant costs by keeping our margins low and increasing the longevity of extremely expensive equipment. The accumulated information of three generations and all of the networks plus goodwill we have generated through that time allows a perspective which some others do not have. We are beginning to scale but will not do so at the expense of personal relationships. So we do so methodically by bringing on staff who understands our values and mission as well the products we offer and the need of those we serve. We know that once we get exposure, the value we add will attract many new clients. So we developed a plan to do so methodically and slowly.
