R2S Logistics (2016–2023) was a pioneering Egyptian last-mile delivery and logistics company that played a central role in shaping eCommerce fulfillment in Egypt. At its peak, R2S provided end-to-end logistics solutions—including last-mile delivery, reverse logistics, fulfillment, and PUDO network solutions—to leading global and regional brands in Egypt Our clients included Amazon, Noon, Jumia, Zara, Carrefour, and other major marketplaces and retailers. R2S stood out for its technology-driven approach, customer-centric operations, and ability to scale rapidly—handling millions of parcels annually and reaching customers in every corner of Egypt. The company was also known for building one of the first nation-wide B2C logistics networks tailored to the demands of modern eCommerce, supported by a proprietary tech stack and a strong operational backbone. As of late 2023, R2S concluded its operations via a strategic exit following a successful multi-year run. While the company is no longer active, its impact continues to be felt across Egypt’s digital commerce and logistics ecosystem.
