Raasa is Westchester's premiere Indian fine dining destination, featuring traditional Indian dishes with a modern twist. the menu designed by Michelin star and James beard foundation recognized chef peter beck and owners priya k Salian and Ashok Salian. RaaSa literally means 'the essence of food 'and celebrates all the tastes of India, where the old meets the new. the husdand and wife team, have spent years in hospitality and fine dining. they both previously worked at jw marriot in phoenix, where they met, later they moved to new York were part of the team that launched the highly acclaimed tamarind Tribeca, where they met chef peter beck. both have degree in restaurant management. Ashoka Salian is a mixologist and sommelier, the hand crafted cocktails and wine menu designed by him.
