Rab Raziq Foundation

Rab Raziq is a non-profit organization founded by some passionate young students from different universities of Pakistan. The main aim and vision of our NGO is to save people who suffer from hunger on a daily basis and to provide them with the good quality food everyone deserves regardless of their financial orientation. We looked around ourselves and realized that even though Karachi is the biggest city in Pakistan, it has still many people who are forced to sleep in hunger. Initially, we had decided to collect the food that is wasted in huge amounts in restaurants, marriage halls and even homes. Re-pack it in a presentable and the best possible edible manner and provide to those who need it for a small cost of 10-20 rupees so that the idea of self-sufficiency prevails. Or get fresh food from restaurants on a weekly charitable basis. With that idea still with us, we started working. Unfortunately, due to the recent Co-Vid 19 situation, we had no access to the wasted food because of the strict curfew that was the need of this hour. However, with the mission of battling hunger, Rab Raziq has decided to not leave people in this hard time alone. Many people who worked on daily wages before and managed to earn one meal for their families per day have lost their jobs due to the ongoing situation and are shy to even ask for help. Our hearts yearn for such people and we want to help them. For execution of this idea, we have started a campaign through all of our social platforms which involves raising donations so that ration for two weeks can be provided to a single family for a small cost of 1500 Rupees only. Since our organization has just begun and is taking baby steps for its growth, it is unknown to many and therefore we have used this platform to seek help for any donations in domain of sadqa/zakat that you wish to donate or give away would be a huge help for us.
