Racebrook Consulting LLC is a boutique advisory & legal consulting firm started by Jen Fournier, Esq. after spending 23 years in nonprofit health & human service organizations. Racebrook is focused on building relationships to grow nonprofits, small & mid-sized businesses through legal consulting, operational services, coaching, and continuing education. Our passion for partnering with people driven to solve problems, grow community, and improve services is what fuels our work. Together, with our clients and professional partners, we facilitate cross-industry connections to drive innovative problem solving and resource sharing; engage in work focused on people operations, leadership coaching, and training; support legal compliance, and branding initiatives essential for creating, retaining, and building donor support. Clients have also worked with Racebrook to fill fractional leadership roles, provide legal consultation, conduct organizational assessments, and develop policies.
