Rachel Allanach

Rachel has gained a huge array of experience and knowledge whilst studying alternative and complementary therapies and healing herself of many incurable diseases. She works with those who are stuck in life and don’t know how to change. Her clients struggle with low self esteem,confidence issues and find it hard to process challenging life events or get the work, life and fun balance right. Her practice is based in West Sussex where she offers one to one coaching sessions. She has found using flower essences to address the emotional struggles within her coaching practice has brought life changing and transformation results. She takes a holistic approach to her work and so looks at healing the mind, body and soul. Any deeper healing work will be carried out via the Akashic Record. She knows how challenging Life can be and that knows NO one should suffer and offers a guiding hand to bring you back to a peaceful, balanced joyful life. Rachel is an Advanced Flower Essence Practitioner and Producer and is based near Brighton, West Sussex U.K Having once thought her life was mapped out and heading in a downward spiral of unhappiness and misery, Rachel decided to take charge of her life and choose a different outcome. Learning about limiting beliefs and how they are formed was a huge missing piece to her healing and transformational journey. The type of challenges and experiences Rachel has overcome/gained a deeper understanding in - Abuse, Trauma, Divorce, ill health, grief, miscarriages, depression, aniexty, relationship issues, special educational appeals, tribunals, dyslexia, life after death, out of body experiences, past life’s and spiritual awakening.
