We offer physical rehabilitation on land and in water and disability swimming lessons. We are able to offer a unique skill set of a highly qualified neurophysiotherapist alongside that of an experienced swimming teacher to bring together the worlds of rehabilitation and swimming. We are passionate about making swimming accessible for everyone as we look to offer individualised hydrotherapy and disability swimming lessons regardless of ability, helping individuals to engage in therapeutic and recreational activities that can support their rehabilitation, active lifestyle and sporting goals. Land based rehabilitation wherever it is needed, at home, at work or at the park. Whatever your goals we are able to devise and deliver an evidenced based tailor made treatment programme.
