Rad Surveying

Rad Surveying is a small, agile team of surveyors providing services for land development projects, including- Land surveying (e.g. topographic, cadastral)- Planning and subdivision design - Infrastructure design - Obtaining subdivision and land use consents - Construction supervision - Final survey plan preparation and completion of the subdivision process. We operate in Hamilton and the greater Waikato with a focus on all forms of subdivision: including infill, duplex developments, greenfield subdivisions, unit title subdivisions, industrial, commercial and rural subdivisions. Our team members have experience with various District Plans, engineering standards, and other sector-relevant standards. We have a broad knowledge of the industry and key contacts, making us strong strategic partners on client land development projects.
