Rademeyer Attorneys was established on 1 January 2003 by Kim Rademeyer in partnership with Monty Rademeyer. The firm has subsequently merged with McCallum Rademeyer and Freimond and celebrates 47 years of combined professional excellence. The firm is engaged in all aspects of intellectual property law. Associated litigation in all areas of intellectual property is also undertaken. In addition, services relating to commercial litigation in the High Court and Magistrates Court, drafting of agreements, formation of companies, trusts, advice on labour and employment matters, drafting of wills and nuptial agreements and advice on cyber law and domain disputes are also offered. Rademeyer Attorneys was awarded second place in the Small Business of the Year and is the winner of the Silver Award for Excellent Service in 2011, issued by the Randburg Chamber of Commerce.
