Our expertise include: Built-to-print manufacturing: Our machine shop has CNC's, Laser CNC, Shear presses, Welding machines, Sheet metal fabrication and sewing capabilities. Product Life Cycle Solutions: Concept to Delivery. Customer provides us with a Specification, our engineering and product development team generates a concept, works through concurrent engineering via Preliminary Design Reviews (PDR), Development testing, Critical Design Review (CDR), Qualification testing, Pilot product, full scale production with first article inspection, batch traceability and final deliveries to customer docks. Our specialty also includes projects in Aerospace Engineering related to Commercial Aviation products used on Boeing and Airbus aircraft.
