A young African lady, a student of some of the greatest minds of our time (Tony Buzan, Edward de Bono, Daniel Kahneman) Zaapi Mungendje embarks on a mission to help individuals, businesses and organizations in Southern Africa unleash their growth potential through Creative Thinking and Innovation, and it is through that mission that the RadiantMind banner came into being. Zaapi believes that it is not by accident that Creative Thinking and Innovation teachings are more prevalent in nations classed as “innovative” today, she also believes that; now is the time for Southern African nations to get on board. In her own words …… “As a word, “Innovation” does well in the business world, but is often not backed by the action of innovating. The biggest challenge for organizations is; how do you create a future 5 years from now? And the reason this is a challenge is that the thinking process and the execution methodologies needed for today’s operations are fundamentally different from those needed to invent the future.
