As part of our transformation work, we often help clients build internal capability to sustain any change well beyond us. We have created a range of innovative, bespoke programmes to achieve this including our well-known Jumpstart programme – an agile coach accelerator programme that spans 3 months and builds capability through hands-on mentoring. We have an excellent culture with a strong focus on individual and team growth.
