Welcome to Radikal Kitchen I am Radhika Howarth I am a qualified Nutrition and Dietetics consultant and my passion is cooking. I started Radikal Kitchen as a way of showcasing and experimenting different flavours whilst keeping it healthy. My journey into the world of flavours started at a very young age. Being half Punjabi, quarter Bengali and quarter Mangalorean I grew up in a home with a myriad of spices and flavours. My mum’s kitchen was traditional yet radikal. No two meals were from the same Indian region. My husband is half Spanish and half German. This took me into another culinary adventure. I have a huge Instagram following and every week I upload new recipes or how-to videos for anyone to enjoy. I love to collaborate with different chefs and bring new recipes, tips, and tutorials for people to enjoy and live their best life. My services consist of teaching master classes, corporate team building activities and working with food companies to test and develop their products.
