Specialty coffee, from local roasters to guarantee beans' freshness. We are equipped with a sleek Kees Van Der Westen Mirage Duette espresso machine, pumping reverse osmosed water for best quality shots. Everything is homemade, with organic ingredients. We use seasonal fruits and vegetables, regionally produced following a short-circuit-retail system and whenever possible directly from the producer.
