Hi, my name is Raf, I'm a CPTO with over 20 years in product development and engineering. I worked in several different industries across Ad Tech, Influencer Marketing, Banking, Risk Management and Telco, and in my roles as Chief Product Officer at Influencer and VP of Engineering at Unruly, I successfully launched and scaled products such as Waves Brands and Waves Creators, and had the privilege of unveiling the latter on the main stage at WebSummit. I’ve built teams from scratch and managed portfolios worth over $50M annually Each year, around tech startups are created in the UK. Unfortunately, approximately 20% of them fail within their first year, and about 60% fail within the first three years, which is pretty devastating. One of the common reasons is that startups struggle initially with limited capital, which leads them to hire subpar product or tech personnel who lack the necessary experience. This often results in inefficiencies and increases their risk of failure. This is where I come in, offering C-level expertise in both product and engineering leadership at a fraction of the cost. This unique combination allows me to provide comprehensive strategic guidance and hands-on support.
