We are a "Financial Education" company. We guide, coach, mentor and teach our Partners, Clients, and Investors on how the Canadian Banking System and Credit Scoring System works. We suggest strategies to help clients get out of debt and increase their cash flow. We REFER our clients to Banks/Lenders/Credit Unions/Realtors/Mortgage Brokers/Credit Counsellors and Trustees who they are comfortable working with. At no instance shall we use, disseminate or redistribute client information without their consent. Any and all strategies we offer are creative financial solutions tailored to our clients as per their preferences and specific circumstances, as such – CONDITIONS APPLY. We also offer Private Investment Opportunities, Joint Ventures, Private Homes for Sale, and other such business endeavours which are mutually agreed upon business transactions. In all cases, these transactions are at the buyer’s/seller’s own discretion. Clients are encouraged (and usually required) to hire a lawyer to represent your own interests and seek (third party) legal, financial and investment advice where applicable.
