ZonesCorp is developing ‘Rahayel City’, a world class, integrated ‘Auto Hub’ in Abu Dhabi covering an area of 6 sq. km. This development is in response to a mandate by the Abu Dhabi Government to implement strategic plans to develop the automotive industry in the Emirate. Designed in collaboration with leading industry specialists, the Rahayel Development Plan creates a dynamic environment for automotive businesses to thrive while elevating the shopping and service experience for customers. The project is in line with the Abu Dhabi 2030 vision to build a sustainable and diversied, high value-added economy that is well integrated into the global economy and that provides more accessible and higher-value opportunities for all its citizens and residents. The project is also in response to the wider economic growth in the UAE that has seen the automotive sector blossom in recent years. The aim is for Rahayel City to become the destination for all automotive manufacturers, distributors, and dealers in Abu Dhabi, providing a diverse and attractive range of auto-related investment opportunities. Rahayel City will contain a world-class infrastructure and will offer the highest approved operational and professional standards to ensure a high-quality service and achieve a competitive environment that supports professional specialization. Safety, security and the environmental considerations have also played an important part in the design and planning of the city. Rahayel City site is located 12 km from the western side of Abu Dhabi island with accessibility from major highways (E30 & E11) connecting to Al Ain, Al Dhafra, Dubai and Saudi Arabia.
