The Company started as a family company in 1991. It was founded by the Kozarev‘s family with a staff hardly numbering 7 persons. Nowadays the company’s employees are more than 350, which rank it among the largest Bulgarian construction companies. In 2005 by decision of the Board of Directors the Company was re-registered into a Joint-Stock Company, and since 2012 is has been a Holding Company. Raicommerce Construction JSC is a socially responsible employer and follows a coherent strategy of human resources management.
