Rainbow Counselling

Rainbow Counselling is a queer-owned, 2SLGBTQ+ affirming virtual psychotherapy clinic serving individuals, couples, and families across Canada virtually. We provide trauma-informed, relational therapy for 2SLGBTQ+, neurodivergent, and QTBIPOC communities, with accessible fee options designed to reduce barriers to care. Rainbow Counselling was founded in response to persistent gaps in mental health systems: particularly the lack of foundational understanding of 2SLGBTQ+ identities, neurodivergence, and intersectional lived experiences within traditional care models. Our work centres affirmation, consent, and connection. We support clients in healing from trauma, navigating identity and relationships, and building deeper self-trust in a space that honours whole selves and lived realities.
