Massage & Yoga I provide a customized, mobile massage experience based on every client's individual needs ranging from injury treatment to pregnancy and relaxation massage. All within the comfort of your own home. With a background in triathlons and martial arts, I have the insight to cater to the needs of athletes. I am also certified in pregnancy and intraoral massage. My intensive training in the Cortiva Institute Seattle program provided a foundation not only in a variety of therapeutic techniques, but in professional ethics, business, and research. Yoga I provide on-site yoga training customized to fit your needs. I offer private, semi-private, and group lessons in your home, office, and outdoors. I completed my RYT-200 Teacher Training at Tuladhara Yoga in Lakewood, Washington in 2019.
