Our History John “JC” Goodson began his career in the polyethylene piping industry in 1970 while working for Wayne Manufacturing, a gas distribution fittings manufacturer founded by his father John Wayne Goodson. Following the sale of Wayne, JC and his wife Linda broke ground on Rainmaker Sales in Since that time, Rainmaker Sales has used its over 300 years of combined industry experience to earn a reputation as the “go-to” source for polyethylene pipe, fittings, fusion equipment and accessories. Who We Serve Rainmaker Sales is in Shawnee, OK, just 30 miles east of Oklahoma City. Our central location and strategic partnerships with manufacturers across the United States allows us to serve our customers no matter where they are located. We serve any industry that utilizes polyethylene piping including oil/gas gathering, waterworks, gas distribution, landfill and agricultural applications.
