Raintree Development

Raintree is Cambodia's first creative office project, awarded "Best Office Development, Cambodia" at the International Property Awards. Situated in the heart of Phnom Penh's central business and banking district, Raintree houses square metres of flexible office space, complemented by a loft event space and outdoor terrace. The project serves a diverse community of professionals, creatives and entrepreneurs alike. The project is a partnership between Urbanland (Embassy Residences, Embassy Central) and August Development Co (ADC), designed by Cambodian firm Hok Kang Architects (HKA). With a dedicated property management team, the project brings a fresh development approach to workspace that is community-focused and design-conscious to encourage the exchange of ideas and experiences. We aspire to support growth of individuals and organisations in Cambodia through our spaces and community we build within them.
