Coaching: Our coaching services are centered around the TLC Leadership model and are designed to enable leaders at any level to develop stronger and better relationships with their team members. We provide both individual and group coaching. Training Programs: Our training programs focus on providing the skills for individual leaders and organizations to effectively implement the concepts of the TLC Leadership model. They are designed to be conducted either in-person or virtual and vary in length depending on the client’s needs. Most have either individual, or group coaching incorporated into the curriculum.
