The Standard is based on an average nursing home according to industry standards and as such we follow all CDC, CMS, state and local regulations. We use The Standard Health and Rehab program to teach business owners how to provide, operate and sell commercial cleaning services to nursing homes, hospitals and senior care facilities. With 20 years of housekeeping experience, specifically in long-term care, Ralph knows the ins and outs. He knows what state surveyors look for during inspections and knows how to train the trainer.
