Raluca Kisescu & Son is a creative marketing consultancy and training company. We bring together 16 years of corporate business expertise with 4 years of freelancing to support the development of small and medium seized companies from Romania and abroad. With 11 consultancy projects, spreading across industries (cosmetics, fashion, e-commerce platforms, retail, training, education) we deliver a unique position of creativity together with 20 years of structured, system based expertise. So there is no one against the other, but a mix of the two depending on the context. Therefore, we are focusing into two big area: 1. Building strong partnerships with fiscal/financial local experts to deliver 360 degree management consultancy and implementation - Develop audit and business planning processes (commercial and financial audit and forecast, budgeting, P&L, reporting), as well as implementing the recommendations in order to improve the business health and productivity - Develop the management processes across functions, integrate financial support into production, creative, marketing and sales departments - Integrate alternative financing options and business partnerships to the core business in order to enhance customers loyalty and spending and bring new customers - Support the recruitment, process flow, development and coaching of a company’ organisation - Develop a comprehensive offline and online brand identity, with a clear focus on vision, values and brand attributes - Enhance the digital presence with a sharp eye on the overall consistency across channels (email marketing, performance marketing, social media, advertising, B2B)- Coordinate creatively and strategically the key brand activities 2.
