RAMI Swiss is an EN/AS 9100 and IPC certified company offering a variety of Services for your Electronic Device Assembly and Testing needs, such as: • EMS turnkey assembly of electronic devices (Electronic Manufacturing Subcontracting). • SMT (Surface Mounted Technology) assembly, with a complete, highly flexible, and adaptable line for surface mounting electronic components on type of PCB for prototype to high volume production runs with: • AOI functionality testing and 3D AOI inspection. • X-ray inspection (2D automated X-Ray, Cougar EVO)(also available for external services with internal assistance). • 3D precision dimensional measurements (Keyence). • THT (Through Hole Technology) selective soldering assembly and rework. • Environmental Test benches (also available for external services with internal assistance): • Vibration test bench (max load 364 Kg, Vibration: DC to 3 kHz). • Temperature Cycling Chamber (749 x 743 x 850 mm), nitrogen cooled (180°C to -70°C)>+/- 5°C/min: • All production staff certified IPC-A-610, IPC-A-620 and J-STD-001.
