Ramos Coaching

Ramos Coaching is a Black LGBTQ Woman led consultancy supporting non profit organizations and leaders in the arts and social justice sectors. We provide consulting and coaching services tailored to nonprofit organizations. Our offerings include strategic planning, meeting and retreat facilitation, and board training to strengthen leadership and governance. We support organizations through transition and conflict with mediation, executive searches, and interim management solutions. We also conduct organizational audits that deliver clear, actionable recommendations. Our approach is collaborative, equity-informed, and grounded in deep nonprofit experience, helping organizations operate more effectively and sustainably.
