Ramp is a digital consultancy led by Tim Heyes and Matt Bryson. We work directly with organisations that need experienced product and engineering support, without the layers, overheads, or handoffs of a traditional agency. Most work is delivered by us, with additional specialists brought in from a small, trusted network when needed. We are often engaged when work is complex, unclear, or high-stakes where steady senior input across product, engineering, and delivery really matters. This might be shaping a product from an early, ambiguous idea, unblocking a programme that has stalled, or providing hands-on leadership alongside an internal team. Our background spans SaaS, platforms, and regulated industries. We previously built and ran iDetailAid for over 15 years, a commercial content platform used by many of the world’s leading pharmaceutical companies, before its acquisition by Huron. Today, we are building Flook, an in-product onboarding and adoption tool, while continuing to support clients through consultancy and delivery work. Ramp is deliberately small. That allows us to stay close to the work, move quickly, and provide practical, experienced support where it’s most needed.
