The Ramzy Group Hospitality & Real Estate organization is currently undergoing a healthy expansion at a rapid rate. The corona crisis created opportunities and the Ramzy Group team and company are able to capitalize on these opportunities because of their experienced and talented management team and strong financial position. At the moment we are looking for the right partner(s) for the following collaborations- One investor (VC or Business Angel or Private) who shares our vision for the growth strategy of the Ramzy Group organization and is convinced of our capability to become a billion-dollar organization within the next 10 years.(VC or Business Angel or Private)- People who are able to boost our media presence on "high-profile" channels. The Ramzy Group is currently investing time and resources in a large-scale (medium to long-term) PR campaign. We are open to any kind of collaboration to facilitate the increased media presence of the Ramzy Group Active in the following industries: Hospitality (Amsterdam, The Netherlands), Real Estate (World Wide), Project Development and Management (from acquiring required permits until completing the building project and the desired management beyond). Proven experience in: • Leadership: training F&B management staff; setting up company structure, facilitating employee growth and development; training management teams; • Business Transformation: property reconstruction, rebranding, redefining strategies, change management, SWOT analysis and anticipation • Consulting: business consulting; leading consulting teams; mediation between different stakeholders; negotiating deals with suppliers, landlords and other service providers; Mergers and Acquisitions; • Operations: standardizing procedures, sales optimization, workflow automatization • Entrepreneurship: Director, investor & growth accelerator at various companies across all departments • Investment Management: deal negotiation, private equity, legal compliance
